Row’d Royalty 2024 Workouts
This year we’re keeping things simple and consistent across all three weeks. Each week there will be TWO scoring opportunities – TWO separate workouts – covering two performance measurement standards: TIME & DISTANCE.
24.1A FOR TIME: Row 2000 Meters
Select New Workout > Distance > 2000m
Begin Rowing
Upon Completion, go to memory, select the completed workout, take picture of screen
Submit monitor picture with score entry
24.1B FOR DISTANCE: Row 14 Minutes
Select New Workout > Time > 14:00
Begin Rowing
Upon Completion, go to memory, select the completed workout, take picture of screen
Submit monitor picture with score entry (total meters)
Row’d Royalty 2024 Workouts – 24.2
These are two separate workouts that must be completed before Monday at 5PM.
24.2A: ROW 500 METERS FOR TIME
Monitor Instructions: Select Workout > New Workout > Single Distance > 500m
24.2B: 3 ROUNDS – ROW 3 MINUTES ON, REST 3 MINUTES FOR DISTANCE
Row’d Royalty 2024 Workouts – 24.3
These are two separate workouts that must be completed before Monday at 5PM.
24.3 A: ROW 10,024 METERS FOR TIME
Monitor Instructions: Select Workout > New Workout > Single Distance > 10,024 (note the additional 24m)
24.3B: 3 ROUNDS – TABATA ROW. 8 Rounds 20secs On & 10secs Off for DISTANCE
